Proud of the 9 km walk. That’s three walks and a) walking to meetings and b) walk and talk on telephone meetings ( working great 👍)

Made two #motsits and did them both. Hard to get out and do the cycling in rain, but (as always) fun when the body gets warm 🚴🚴🚴🚴🚴🚴
